Religions in the UK

I've recently become interested in the religious demographics, so I took some screenshots from Wekipedia.org and merged them into one image as I uploaded here.

The UK has long been considered as a traditional Christian country for centuries. Surprisingly, over half of the UK population are atheists. When we study by its four combined countries that make up the UK; the biggest part in England and Northern Ireland believe God, the proportion is 46.3% and 42.3% respectively, while the majority of people in the remain countries are not identify as Christians.

I am not entirely clear what's the difference between Christianity, Church of England, Catholic Church and Other Christian, and the Muslim people in the UK seems smaller than I had imagined before, only 6.7% in the UK.

It's a somewhat roughly description, hope you understand it.

the word population is not plural so you use 'is', rather than 'are'

You could also write it as "over half of the UK is atheist"

Either "long been considered" or "for centuries" - both together are redundant.

When we study by itsbreak the data down to study the four combined countries that make up the UK;, the bhigghest partroportion of people who believe in God live in England and Northern Ireland believe God, the proportion, where the percentage is 46.3% and 42.3% respectively, while the majority of people in the remaining countries aredo not identify as Christians.

To answer your question: there are many different types of Christian groups in the UK. The Church of England and the Catholic church are the most popular, but there are also many other churches, for example Methodist, Baptist etc., and instead of having a long list, surveys group these smaller churches as "Other Christian". "Christianity" is the combined term for believers in any of these forms of Christianity.

Thank you very much for informative comments and corrections. :-)

The UK has long been considered *as a traditional Christian country for centuries.

* 'as' is unnecessary here, but not wrong

When we study by itsthe four combined countries that make up the UK;, the biggest parts in England and Northern Ireland believe in God, and the proportion is 46.3% and 42.3% respectively, . Meanwhile, the majority of people in the remaining countries aredo not identify as Christians.

It would be better to split this sentence into two separate ones.

When you say 'the biggest parts', are you referring to a part of the populations or areas in the country?

I am not entirely clear what's the difference between Christianity, Church of England, Catholic Church and Oother Christian, and theforms of Christianity is. The percentage of Muslim people in the UK seems smaller than I had imagined before, only 6.7% in the UK.

"the biggest parts" here stands for the populations in the country. Maybe "the highest proportion" should be better.
