A Refrigerator iIssue

I bought a Simens dDouble-dDoor refrigerator one and a half years ago.

This sentence is correct, but "one and a half years ago" sounds rather stiff; instead, I would say "a year and a half ago".

Unfortunately, my wife found theat the freezer's (?) plastic strip adhesive to the frozen room melted and the melted plastic sticking onstrip had melted and stuck to the floors.

I didn't really know what you meant by "frozen room"; so, I guessed based on context.

In fact, I believethought of Simens so muchhighly, I havedn't thought any issue will be caused on itconsidered that there would be an issue.

This new refrigerator, however, make me change my idea beginning from todayhas caused me to change my mind.

I phoned the customer service department of Simens, t. The receiver answered and first apologized for that first,, before then promiseing that a professional maintenance man would contact me in two hours.

During the time we were waiting for the calling, I searched on the internet and found many customers had complaininged about the same issue as mine, the, with many suggest using to change a new one if possible.

In theory, a new one is better than repairing ithe old one.
