¿Qué significa ser responsable?
Para mí, es la capacidad de garantizar los resultados esperados ignorando las circunstancias adversas.
Estar en flujo, entonces sería la misma capacidad pero todo en circunstancias favorables.
La responsabilidad, como cualquier capacidad, hay que ejercitarla para que no se atrofie.

What's the meaning of being responsible?

Alternatively: "What does it mean to be responsible?"

For me, ist is having the capacity to guarantee expected results ignoringdespite adverse circumstances.

"Being responsible" is an action, so its corresponding definition should also be an action: "HAVING the capacity to..." Following this logic, you might conversely say "Responsibility is the capacity to..."

Being in flow, then, would be theat same capacity but all inunder favorable circumstances.

(1) Here, "then" is a sort of interjection, and should be both preceded and followed by commas.
(2) Your use of "the" definitely isn't wrong, but I might personally opt for "that" here.
(3) "In favorable circumstances" is likely okay, but I find "under favorable circumstances" a little more natural in this context.

Responsibility, aslike any capacability, needs to be exercised so that it doesn't atrophy.

(1) The grammatically correct word to use here is "like" and not "as". To simplify, "as" is used before a verb phrase, while "like" is used before a noun phrase.
> He likes running like me. ("Me" is a noun.)
> He likes running as I do. ("I do" is a verb phrase.)

(2) I think "ability" is more appropriate here, even though "capacity" and "ability" are synonyms. Anyway, when writing in general, it is also just good to use a variety of words and synonyms.
