Recently I am very lazy..
Last year I usually get up at five AM, and I start studying English for thirty minutes.
But this year I usually get up at 6:30 AM, in addition I didn't study English.
Because I feel so tired I don't get used to working.
So recently I seldom study English.
I will learn English with zeal from tomorrow little by little.
最近の私は怠け者です。
昨年は大抵5時には起きて30分ほど勉強していましたが、
今年は大抵6時半に起きてそれに加えて英語を勉強できていません。
疲れていて仕事にまだ体が慣れていないからです。
だから最近はほとんど英語の勉強をしていません。
私は明日から少しずつ英語の勉強を熱心にしようと思います。

I feel "recently + have + participle" sounds better than "recently + present tense"
Last year I usually got/woket up at five 5AM, and I start studyingudied English for thirty minutes.
But this year I usually get up at 6:30 AM, in addition I didn'thave been getting up at 6:30 AM and haven't been studying English.
This is still in the "recent" time frame, so I would put "have + participle" here.
Because I feel so tired I don'so I am not getting used to working.
So recently I have seldom studyied English.
I will learnstudy English with zeal from tomorrow little by little.
"study with zeal" sounds better to me than "learn with zeal"

Last year I usually geot up at five AM, and I started studying English for thirty minutes.
"Last year" is in the past, so use the past tense of verbs
But this year I'm usually getting up at 6:30 AM, in addition I didn'and I'm not studying English.
BThis is because I feel so tired I don't geand I'm not used to working.
Try not to start a sentence with "because" in English.
So recently I seldom study English.
I will learn English with zeal from tomorrow little by little.

You used "seldom" and "zeal" correctly in the last 2 sentences, but they're uncommon words, so it sounds a little unusual. Maybe try using "rarely" instead of "seldom", and "enthusiastically" instead of "with zeal".
