As a result, youngsters may get used to this and rely too much on financial aid from their parents even without thinking about hunting jobs. Moreover, the keener competitions in today’s workplaces are supposed to be blamed. In the modern world, requirements for employees have been improved significantly, like qualifications and certifications they are asked for, which makes it difficult for the young to find a job.
However, there are some measures which can tackle this issue. First of all, academic institutions can set up some programs in curriculum to provide them with proper job hunting skills and resources from previous graduates, helping them prepare themselves better to enter into society. What is more, the local government should fund graduates who want to set up their own business.
