That means you want to do something.
First you will be preparing like watch some You Tube video or reading some books.
After you feel confidence than you will do it by yourself.
So, open a bank account is easy or hard in your country?
Some say easy, some say hard.
Recently I want to open a bank account.
I haven’t opened a bank account for more than 10 years.
So, I watched few videos from the bank and some Youtuber about open a bank account.
The process was easy but the staff was rude.
I guess no one will teach you to deal with a rude staff.

More then isn't grammatically incorrect, I believe, but colloquially we just say "for over [amount of time]". This sounds more natural to me.

Staff is plural, so we need to use were.
I guess no one will teach you how to deal with a rude staff.
