We come up a conclusion.
Most tasty food is not good for health.
Fired food such fired chicken.
High sugar contains drinks/food Coca-Cola, ice-cream…
While most health food’s taste is not good at all.
Natto is really good for health even western doctor prove that.
But the strong smell is still scare me.
We also have a health drink which grantee a good health.
Mix 24 types of Chinese medication and boiled to a single cup.
