This year, I have read more than 200 books which are my record of reading a year.
I changed the way to read books, from understanding all contents to searching topics what I am interested in.
For example, the speed of my reading is fast until I find a key word like history.
On certain parts, I read deeply, sometimes I write down the sentences on my notebook.
I can't fully understand a book with this way.
On the plus side, I can read many topics on short period.
If a topic appears in many books, then I am able to remember a topic.
The most benefit of this way is that my summarizing skill is improved.
I will keep reading this way next year.

OnFor (in) certain parts, I read deeply, sometimes I write down the sentences oin my notebook.
You could also say "sometimes writing down sentences in my notebook." which sounds even better. Nothing wrong with what you have written however.

When talking about the results of an action taken in the past it is best to use "has" rather than "is"
