I like taking photos of the sky. The blue skies, white clouds and clean buildings. What such beautiful scenery. We have lots of free priceless natural treasures, including fresh air, but it seems we always take them for granted, never cherish them, how greedy and ruthless we are.

You could say "What beautiful scenery" or "Such beautiful scenery", but we don't say both at the same time.

Since you just mentioned the "sky", saying it is a bit redundant. I just replaced it with an expression.
What sSuch beautiful scenery.
"such" or "what" either could be used alone, but not together.
So you could also do "What beautiful scenery".
"such" sounds more sure, while "what" sounds a bit more in awe, and it gets used more in speech.
We have lots of free priceless natural treasures, including available for free, such as fresh air, but it seems we always take them for granted, and never cherish them, how greedy and ruthless. How ungrateful we are.
1. Note: "priceless" means "incredibly valuable", ironically. (Since it's so good you can't put a price tag on it!)
2. "ruthless" is more like "cruel, unforgiving", it doesn't really fit here.
