These are phrases I say in real life, so I think it would be interesting to learn how to say them in Korean. - 실생활에서 많이 쓰는 표현들이기 때문에 한국어로 배워보면 재미있을 것 같아요.
--
Oh wow! - 오 와우!
I never thought somebody could dance this good. - 이렇게 춤을 잘 출 수 있을 거라고는 생각도 못했어요.
I love you a lot more. - 더 많이 사랑해요.
I know. - 알아요.
WHY DID YOU DO THAT? - 왜 그랬나요?
That's true! - 맞아요!
What's wrong? - 무슨 일이에요?
Where is my phone? - 내 휴대폰은 어디에 있나요?
How smart! - 정말 영리하군요!
Random phrases - 임의의이런저런 문구장
임의의 문구 sounds very formal and is not semantically appropriate

-- Oh wow!
- 오 와우!와!¶
- 오 헐! (slang; mainly used by people in their 30s or younger)¶
- 진짜요? (when you hear some news or a new piece of information)¶
etc
오 와우 is very much a direct translation from English. No one actually says that.
I never thought somebody could dance this good.
- 이렇게 춤을 잘 출 수 있을 거라고는 생각도 못했어요.
출 수 있을 거라고는 is fine, but it is again a direct translation from English. In Korean, the ㄹ 수 있을 is completely spurious.
I love you a lot more.
- 제가 더 많이 사랑해요.¶
- 제가 더 사랑해요.¶
- 제가 훨씬 더 사랑해요.
In most cases, you need the contrastive focus "제가."
더 많이 and 더 are just "more," not "a lot more."
I know.
- 알아요.
WHY DID YOU DO THAT?
- 왜 그랬나요?런 짓을 하셨나요? (짓 can be rude, but overall still a lot softer than WHY DID YOU DO THAT?)¶
- 방금 뭐였어요? (what was that [just now]?)¶
- 제정신이세요? (are you out of your mind? (lit. are you sane?))
왜 그랬나요 just means "why did you do that" without the caps.
That's true!
What's wrong?
- 무슨 일이에요? (what happened? what's the matter?)¶
- 뭐 잘못됐어요? (is something wrong?)
Where is my phone?
- 내제 휴대폰은 어디에 있나요? (why would the other person know?)¶
- 제 휴대폰은 어디에 있을까요? (where do you think my phone is?)¶
- 제 휴대폰 어디에 있는지 아시나요? (do you know where my phone is?)¶
¶
- 내 휴대폰은 어디 있지/갔지/있을까/갔을까/...? (where did my phone go? feels like you're talking to yourself rather than actually asking the other person)
How smart!
- 정말 영리똑똑하군요! ([you are/that is] very smart! but in like a semi-formal kinda weird way)¶
- 정말 똑똑하네요! ([you are/that is] very smart!)¶
- 똑똑하네요! ([you are/that is] smart! how smart!)
Feedback
It should be noted that many of your translations were stiff, dramatic and/or unnatural, and even the ones I provided are heavily context-dependent (as are all things language-related, but as is especially true for Korean).
