Osobaya san

Osobaya-san

I'd like to recommend a type of restaurant that offers several kinds of casual yet authentic Japanese food like soba, udon, and sushi. We casually call them "Osobaya-san".
We don't need to look far to find one, as there are many of these restaurants all over Japan.

If someone is looking for excellent quality soba, Yabu-soba in Kanda is the best. However, I believe that every city, even in a local area, has some good soba restaurants. And the Japanese classic memus are truly beloved by Japanese citizens.

Additionally, such kinds of restaurants have a wide variety of set menu like soba or udon, some sushi, small bowl of Japanese pickles, anmitsu and chawanmushi. On top of that, they aren't very expensive.

Generally speaking, I suppose most of these restaurants can offer decent food. Even if they aren't famous.

We casually call them "Osobaya-san".

We casuolloquially call them "Osobaya-san". We colloquially call them "Osobaya-san".

"casually" can be misinterpreted as the "nonchalantly" meaning at first so I think using "coloquially" is better

We don't need to look far to find one, as there are many of these restaurants all over Japan.

However, Though I believe that every city, even in a local area, has some good soba restaurants, even in the less populated areas. Though I believe that every city has some good soba restaurants, even in the less populated areas.

"However," sounds sort of stiff and formal for this piece "even in a local area" doesn't make much sense because there's no reference point. Ie. "local to my area" I thought maybe you meant non-urban areas Changed word order to read more smoothly

And the Japanese classic memus are truly beloved by Japanese citizens.

And the classic Japanese classic memus aremenu is truly beloved by Japanese citizens. And the classic Japanese menu is truly beloved by Japanese citizens.

- Spelling error - "Menus" wouldn't be wrong I think as you are talking about multiple restaurants, but if you are talking about the 'concept of a Osobaya-san', I think in that case you would use the singular. - In English, it feels more correct to say 'classic Japanese menu' than 'Japanese classic menu'. I think because it is more important that the menu is Japanese than it is classic, so that adjective should be closer to the noun being modified.

And the classic Japanese classic memnus are truly beloved by Japanese citizens. And the classic Japanese menus are truly beloved by Japanese citizens.

- 'Such kinds of restaurants' is not wrong, but feels a little odd. - 'Set menu' (定食?)is often translated over directly, but it feels better to say 'set menu items' or 'set dishes'.

I'd merge the next sentence with this one
