yesterday
As I mentioned before, I got my English Tour Guide Certificate three months ago.
I applied to become a GuruWalk guide as soon as I got my license. After waiting for two weeks, I received an email saying they had to pause the process because Shanghai was currently full. I wrote back and explained how my proposal was different: while most tours in Shanghai focus on the colonial legacy of the Bund and other places, my tour takes place exclusively on the Pudong Waterfront, offering a completely different narrative: The Story of China's Reform and Opening-up.
They were convinced by my idea, but explained that there are already too many English tours on their platform, so they asked if I would be open to offering a Chinese tour first. I agreed.
A few days later, my Chinese tour went live on the website.
It has been a month and a half without any orders. A language mismatch is definitely part of the problem, and I only have two days available per week. I also realize I might not be fully prepared yet as a new guide, but I have to take this first step toward my five-year goal.
So, I'd love to get some feedback from you guys: Would you mind giving me some suggestions on how to improve my GuruWalk tour page? You can see it here:

Also, if you or your friends are in Shanghai, please join my tour! It's absolutely free (tips are not required). My only goal is to learn from your feedback.

You're the only Chinese friend I know 🥲.
Feedback
The next two pictures after the first one are not flattering. I think it's because of the angle at which the pictures were taken.
I'm assuming the pictures you attached are the pictures of the place you said you'll pass through.
This isn't a big problem but the description, at the Walking, Cycling part, I think you should have spaced it for easy readability. Like 👇🏾
"Choose Your Pace:
Walking: A relaxed 1-2 hour historical stroll (approx. 4km).
Cycling: An extended adventure along the river breeze (route extension available). Join us to see Shanghai's past and present from the water's edge!
* If you join the afternoon tour and the weather is nice, you might catch a stunning sunset over the Huangpu River!
*Perfect for Chinese Learners of all levels! This tour is conducted primarily in Mandarin Chinese, offering an immersive local experience. However, if you are a beginner learning Chinese (or just an English speaker curious about this side of Shanghai), don't worry! I can provide English explanations whenever needed to make sure you don't miss any of the fascinating stories."
Maybe you should do a research on how the best guides get their tourists.
You can also think or view your page from the perspective of the tourists.
Good luck 🙏🏾.

I don’t see anything to correct here!
You mention “language mismatch”—are you referring to the lack of a Chinese-language version of your tour page? I could only find English, Spanish, German and Italian pages, but sadly no Chinese.
My only suggestion would be to remove the second photo, in which the air looks smoggy. There’s another photo—the 5th—taken from a similar angle on a clear day that looks much more attractive to me. :-)

This is so cool! Good for you, for taking such an important step towards your goal. Hope the orders start flowing in soon.
Your GuruWalk page looks good, very professional, the description isn't too long, but with just enough information to pique one's interest. The pacing options are nice to have as well. If I ever found myself in Shanghai, I would definitely book your tour 👍
