Maybe I Am Too Negative

Today is Monday, with a heavy heart I stepped into the office building. I sat down at my workstation and turned on my computer, but I am resistant to the boring job. I wonder when will this grind work end. Maybe I've had no passion with this job anymore.
However, think back to two years agao, I was a passionate staff with skilled expertise in computer technology and achieved high performance consistently over seven years. Since our team got stuck with the new boss, my passion for the job has become less and less because I really can't approve of his way of doing things.
Working in an incompatible environment genuinely is a drag.

Maybe I Am Too Negative

Today is Monday, w. With a heavy heart, I stepped into the office building.

I sat down at my workstationdesk and turned on my computer, but I am resistant tostarting to hate theis boring job.

"Resistant" isn't wrong, but it is just a little weird. "Resistant" implies that you make an active effort to avoid whatever it is you are resistant to.

"Workstation" is the word I'd use to describe a very special desk that you use in a hands-on job where you fix or build physical things, like woodworking or tech repair. The imagine that comes to my mind is a very bulky desk with tons of drawers and tools surrounding it, one which may not even be designed for sitting at all.

I wonder when will this grind workill end.

"Grind work" doesn't sound weird, but I think it's way more common to just say "grind" by itself when referring to long and tedious work.

Maybe I've hadve no passion with this job anymore.

"I've had" is past tense. A past tense version of this sentence would replace "anymore" with something like "since then" or "from then on".

However, thinking back to two years agao, I was a passionate staffemployee with skilled expertise in computer technology and achieved high performance consistently over seven years.

"Staff" is plural, "staff member" would work like a singular form. Although, I think "employee" might work better here.

The two words mean exactly the same thing, but to me, "staff" feels very slightly more like someone who is constantly standing or moving around, somewhere like an airport or an amusement park.

Since our team got stuck with the new boss, my passion for the job has become less and less because I really can't approve of his way of doing things.

Working in an incompatible environment genuinely is a drag.

I really appreciate your meticulous corrections, they are helpful to me.

Maybe I Am Too Negative

Today is Monday, w. With a heavy heart I stepped into the office building.

I sat down at my workstation and turned on my computer, but I am resisluctant to thedo my boring job.

"resistant to" sounds like you have built up a sort of immunity to something so that it no longer effects you

I wonder when will thisthis work grind workill end.

"work" here is describing the noun "grind," if you drop "work" from the sentence it still makes sense
Sometimes the word order changes when you turn a question into a noun clause. Alternatively, you could say:
I wonder, when will this work grind end?
The word order doesn't change because it's a direct quote of your thoughts and there are implied quotation marks around "when will this work grind end?"

Maybe I've hadve no passion withfor this job anymore.

However, thinking back to two years agao, I was a passionate staff with skilledmember with lots of expertise in computer technology and had achieved high performance consistently over seven years.

"staff" is plural, refers to a group of people
describing "expertise" as "skilled" is kind of redundant

Since our team got stuck with thea new boss, my passion for the job has become less and less because I really can't approve of his way of doing things.

"don't approve" sounds more natural to me but "can't approve" works, I think

Working in an incompatible environment genuinely is a drag.
