If you think someone accepts both to work for minimum wage and take on the manager of the company under these conditions, I am ready to quit being the manager of the company. You can replace me with anybody else anytime you want.
As a country manager, I am at risk of being in charge of decisions I don't make and am held responsible for these decisions before public office.

If you think someone would accepts to both to work for minimum wage and take on being the manager of thea company under these conditions, I am ready to quit being the manager of the companywith such pay, then I'm willing to quit right here and now.
I took some liberties towards the end. If I were in your situation (I'm assuming you are not speaking figuratively) then I'd probably say something more like this.
You can replace me with anybody else anytime you wantone whenever you want. I couldn't care less.

As a country manager, I am at risk of being in charge ofresponsable for decisions I don't even make and am held responsibleto account for these decisions before public office.
I don't think I've ever heard of a "country manager," but I'll take your word for it. I'm just not sure what that means. I've heard of regional manager or director of sales for such and such geography, but country manager sounds odd to me. Are we still talking about a business enterprise?
