Quit My Job (1)

My lifestyle has totally changed after my latest Langcorrect post on last September. I made up my mind to leave the former workplace and move to another company. As a result, I don't need to go to the office anymore and obtain enormous amount of spare time.
The previous pharmaceutical company was so conservative that I felt upset about ridiculous culture and anxious about the future of the company and my own career. Employees were forced to waste their times making meaningless documents in order to satisfy their boss or attending boring meetings. I couldn't believe that these daily tasks improve my skills and contribute to someone's health or at least the profits.
Some twitter users ironically called them JTC which stands for Japanese Traditional Company. Most Japanese people are disappointed at outdated workstyle when they are forced to go to the office everyday even under the state of emergency. In addition, some mothers can't keep working after their maternity leave because the nursery school has closed due to Covid-19 pandemic.

By "them" do you mean your old company specifically, or companies like it?
If you meant companies like your old one, I would use "Some twitter users ironically call these kinds of companies JTC, which stands for "Japanese Traditional Company."

Most Japanese people are disappointed atfrustrated with outdated work styles whenre they are forced to go to the office everyday, even under thea state of emergency.

Frustrated is a better choice. It's a bit stronger. Disappointed sounds more sad and resigned.

Congratulations on leaving your job and moving country ! I can relate to the feeling of finding work meaningless and unrewarding, though I have heard that corporate culture in Japan can be quite extreme.

I'm glad to receive your comment. As you said, we sometimes find our work meaningless even if the corporate culture isn't strange. I'm not sure why there are a lot of bullshit job.
