It means "If the things they do are cool enough, (nobody will complain)"
Idris Elba is telling John Cena to stop showing off (doing impressive but ultimately meaningless things), because nobody like that.
John Cena disagrees, saying people like it when the things are really impressive.
Idris Elba then reluctantly agrees.

When writing, I would try to link the sentences together so that it sounds more coherent. This sounds like individual sentences with interjections between them, and the interjections really distract from the piece.
