May I ask you a few questions?
I would like some advice on how to improve my conversation in English.
I want to improve my English pronunciation, so I have been watching phonics videos on YouTube to practice my pronunciation. If you have any recommendations for materials or learning methods, could you please let me know?
Also, when I speak in English, I can't speak immediately what I'm thinking to want to talk about in my head in English. To improve my speaking skills, I've been shadowing and dictating using Youtube and TED videos, but I don't feel like I'm improving. Do you have any recommendations for learning to speak more fluently?

"my pronunciation" is in the main clause, no need to repeat
If you have any recommendations for materials or learning methods, could you please let me know?
Also, when I speak in English, I can't speak immediately say what I'm thinking to want to talk about in my head in English.
"to speak" is generally used for languages (e.g. "I speak English") and talking *about the converation* of speaking to a person/people/yourself (e.g. "I speak to him", "He is speaking").
"to say" is the better verb here, as it is the *content of what you are saying* that is the object/important part of the sentence:
e.g. "I say what I want", "They say that all the time".
To improve my speaking skills, I've been shadowing and dictating using Youtube and TED videos, but I don't feel like I'm improving.
