Also, when I was a teenager, grammar and vocabulary books cost nearly 2,000 yen and were quite basic. Nowadays, for about the same price, you can get high-quality books that come with audio. These materials are very well-made, with clear and easy-to-understand explanations.
In the past, a cassette tape with English audio often cost around 3,000 yen for just about 60 minutes. Since around last year, I’ve been using ChatGPT to look up things I don’t understand for free.
I feel fortunate to have access to such a great environment for learning English, and I want to continue studying while enjoying the process.

"In the past," "Nowadays," "Since around last year," even "Also," It is relatively uncommon for English sentences to start with this type of phrase. It's usually placed in the middle or the end of the sentence.
