I think that your written English is okay (A2/B1), but it's not at a B2 level yet. To get there, I highly recommend watching and listening to lots of English content meant for English native speakers in a wide variety of subjects like politics, climate change, technology, AI, psychology, sociology, business, finance, etc. I would write argumentative essays, opinion pieces, and reflective pieces all in English and post them on here to get corrections. Also, get comfortable speaking English, no matter if you think is you sound dumb or not.
If you have money, I recommend getting an English tutor on italki or Preply so that they can help you with your spoken English.

To be very straightforward with you, based on this writing sample, you are going to need to do a lot of studying if you want to be at the B2 level. I would guess at least 300 - 400 hours, which would put you at 3-4 hours per day, to accomplish that before April.
Focus on the aspects that you will be examined on. If that is speaking, reading, writing, and listening, then you need to do all of those things every day.
One thing that I can recommend is watching the same movie in English over and over again, with English subtitles, until you have practically memorized the movie and all of the grammar used in the movie.
Keep posting writing passages here and study the edits carefully.

I took the DELF B2 exam (for French) and it was pretty difficult and stressful. My advice is to get one prep book and start working through it in order of what skills are most difficult for you. Considering you don't have a lot of time to prepare, you should prioritize working on your worst skills, in my opinion.
This is how I would rank my skills in French (in order from best to worst) --> Reading, writing, listening, speaking. This is pretty normal.
Before my exam, I only consumed French content (news, ted talks, youtube videos, etc). I mainly worked on my writing to prepare for the exam because there is usually a certain format to know. In your book, find the practice writing prompts, and maybe submit them here to be corrected.
Those are my main tips. I passed the DELF B2 exam without ever taking French lessons. I'm not qualified to tell you what level I think you are, but I would say B1. The gap between B1 and B2 is pretty large though and you may be B2 in certain skills and B1 in others. If you have any questions, let me know!

I think based on this piece, it would be good to practice your word order - adverbs before verbs, verbs modifying nouns before those nouns, etc.
