Today I would like to talk about something that bothered me all last year, and it’s about dental health.
First of all, I want to admit that flossing or using an oral irrigator is not common practice in my country, especially among the older generation. The vast majority of people I know just brush their teeth with a regular toothbrush, and that’s it. I used to be the same until something terrible happened.

I spent about six months undergoing treatment, and then I was almost crushed by even more devastating news. It turned out that I had received substandard treatment, and then another dentist overtreatеd me for the next six months. It wasn’t just expensive, it was incredibly expensive!

Thank you! And don’t worry so much. My cousin only uses a toothbrush, and she has never had a cavity. I think many dental problems come down to genetics.
