I Don't Know What Can I Write To Title
Today, I don't know What do I want to talk about. I've corrected a Turkish text and I realized that Turkish is most hardest language. I think English is relatively easier language because I didn't practice for a long time I have trouble making sentences, use modals and tenses. Whatever I put the rest this topic. I have lost weight because I've been following on reflux diet but I must keep following on my diet.
Bugün neyle ilgili konuşmak istediğimi bilmiyorum. Az önce bir Türkçe metin düzeltmesi yaptım ve Türkçenin en zor dillerden biri olduğunu bir kez daha fark ettim. İngilizcenin nispeten daha kolay bir dil olduğunu düşünüyorum yine de uzun süredir İngilizce pratiği yapmadığım için cümle kurarken, modalları ve zamanları kullanırken çok zorlanıyorum. Her neyse bu konuyu bir kenara bırakıyorum. Son zamanlarda reflü diyeti yaptığım için kilo verdim ama diyetimi devam ettirmek zorundayım.

Grammatically this is fine, but it's a little weird "I think English is easier because (thing about English) is hard" doesn't make the most sense.

Not quite sure what the English name of your diet is, but reflux means vomiting so it's probably not that :) Maybe an "anti-reflux" diet?

- Actually, I meant I think English is relatively easier language nonetheless I didn't practice for a long time I have trouble making sentences, use modals and tenses.
- I mean I have reflux so, I'm following a GERD diet.
