There is only one internet. So you may use the Internet. However, using lowercase is becoming a norm, especially outside of the US.

Something like this would read more naturally to me, since italicizing text isn't an option on this site.
So you may use "the Internet." So you may use "the Internet."

I didn't really think about this problem, but it looks like there has indeed been a shift to using the lowercase. Anyway, good work! My corrections were for relatively minor things, and the original text reads naturally to me.
