Although it is the seventh day of this term, I've found out four boys students in my class smoking. Three of them were smelled out by me, while the other was pointed by his calssmate. One of them named Bai were caught by me twice. I asked him to write a note to garantee that he would never do it again, otherwise he would go home for a week. But his roommate told me that he smoked a lot in their dormitory. I smelled the cigarette odour from him in the evening class. I aksed him whether he smoked, he said no. I didn't believe him, he told me the reason why he smelled like that was he had gone to the public toilet in school where many boys smoking there. I didn't believe a word and was so disappointed at him, so I just ignored him.
His promise is nothing.
Promise is Nothing
This title is ok. Other possibilities are: "Empty Promise" or "Hollow Promise" or "Promise Or Lie?". I'm sure you could make up other ones too!
Although it is the seventh day of this term, I've found out four boys students in my class smoking.
Other possibility: "Although it is now the seventh day of this term, I have found out that four boy students in my class have been smoking."
Note that I use the word "boy", not "boys". This is because the word "students" itself provides the plural, and the word "boy" is used like a describing word (adjective) rather than as a noun, and so you just need to say "four boy students", just as you would say "four male students", not "four males students".
Three of them were smelled out by me, while the other was pointed by his calssmate.
Other possibility: "I could smell cigarette smoke on three of them, while the fourth was identified by his classmate."
One of them named Bai were caught by me twice.
Other possibility: "One of them called Bai was caught by me twice."
I asked him to write a note to guarantee that he would never do it again, otherwise he would go home for a week.

I aksked him whether he smoked, had been smoking, but he said no.
I didn't believe him, h. He told me the reason why he smelled like that was that he had gone to the public toilet in school where many boys had been smoking there.
Using the word "reason":
You don't need the "why" word in - "The reason why he smelled ..." Just say "The reason he smelled ..."
Also, it is common to see written, "The reason is because ..." The word "because" is not needed in such sentences. Just say, "The reason is ...".
I didn't believe a word and was so disappointed atin him, so I just ignored him.
His promise is nothing.
