Professionals Controversial Departure

Based on different countries conditions, an increasing number of professionals rather leave their low-income countries to work in developed countries. In this essay I will explain the problems this cause. In addition, I will show some solutions to deal with this situation.

Losing professionals in different areas, poorer countries could see complications in fields such as education, health and general development. On the one hand, if doctors left their low-income country, the possibility to answer citiziens health demand would become limited and death could increase. On the other hand, if better prepared teachers left their country, education level could decrease. Take a look of Colombia, a coutry touched by war and corruption, unfortunatly, most of their quality professionals live abroad causing low level of education and health. Definitly, the lost of professionals in poorer countries could affect the people who live there.

Nevertheless, it exists some solutions to solve this controversial situation. Fist of all, gouverment could negociate with their citiziens, giving them the possibility to flourish their knowledge abroad under the condition that they must to come back and help people in the country. Another solution, could be improving quality life environment by offering a better education and health system. A good example of this could be Semillero de Colombia, a program that only by coming back to the country and helping other citiziens, offer to colombian students a scholarships abroad. Surely, a good way to keep professionals in low-income countries is by motivating them.

In conclusion, professionals leaving their poorer countries could cause problems in the community because of a lake of excellent education or health services. Although, this situation could be mitigated by giving to citiziens another perspective and including them to the change.

ProfessionalsThe Controversial Departure of Professionals

Based on different countries conditions, an increasing number of professionals would rather leave their low-income countries to work in developed countries.

In this essay I will explain the problems this causes.

LBy losing professionals in different areas, poorer countries could see complications in fields such as education, health and general development.

On the one hand, iIf doctors left their low-income country, the possibility to answerddress citiziens' health demands would become limited and death could increase.

On the other hand,Another point is that if better prepared teachers left their country, education levels could decrease.

*a note on using "on one hand..., on the other hand..." - when using this set of phrases, usually one hand is opinion #1 and the other hand is opinion #2 (opposite or different opinion)

edit: Actually, I like interestingthoughts' explanation better.

Take a look ofat Colombia, a country touchedrn by war and corruption, u. Unfortunately, most of their quality professionals live abroad, causing low levels of education and health.

"touched" gives off a positive connotation to me (i.e. touched by an angel)

Definitely, the losts of professionals in poorer countries could affect the people who livesociety there.

Nevertheless, ithere exists some solutions to solve this controversial situation.

First of all, gouvernments could negoctiate with their citiziens, giving them the possibility to flourishdevelop their knowledge abroad under the conditions that they must to come back and help people in their country.

another alternative to "negotiate" in this context can be "incentivize citizens"; plants and people can "flourish", but knowledge (an abstract concept) cannot "flourish" - best to use "develop" instead.

Another solution, could be improving the quality of life environmentin these countries by offering a better education and health systems.

A good example of this could beis Semillero de Colombia, a program that offers scholarships abroad to Colombian students if only bthey cominge back to the country and helping other citiziens, offer to colombian students a scholarships abroad.

"is" instead of "could be", because it is a program that exists

Surely, a good way to keep professionals in low-income countries is by motivating them.

or "incentivizing them"

In conclusion, professionals leaving their poorer countries could cause problems in the community because of a lacke of excellent education or health services.

Although, this situation could be mitigated by giving to citiziens another perspective and including them toas part of the change.

On the other handAdditionally, if better prepared teachers left their country, education level could decrease.

"On the other hand" is used as a rebuttal to an argument. For example, you could say, "On one hand, I like chocolate. On the other hand, it's unhealthy."

Take a look of Colombia, a country touched by war and corruption, u. Unfortunately, most of their quality professionals live abroad, causing a low level of education and health.

Definitely, the losts of professionals in poorer countries could affect the people who live there.

"Lost" means that something is gone or can't be found. A "loss" means that you are losing something.

Nevertheless, it existsthere are some solutions to solve this controversial situation.

I don't know why this situation would be controversial.

First of all, gouvernment could negoctiate with their citiziens, giving them the possibility to flourish their knowledge abroad under the condition that they must to come back and help people in the country.

Another solution, could be improving quality life environment by offering a better education and health system.

I think the word "environment" would be useless in this sentence

A good example of this could be Semillero de Colombia, a program that only by coming back to the country and helping other citiziens, offers to cColombian students a scholarships abroad.

I think in general this sentence doesn't flow well, although you write everything correctly.

Surely, a good way to keep professionals in low-income countries is by motivating them.

In conclusion, professionals leaving their poorer countries could cause problems in their communityuntries because of a lacke of excellent education or health services.

Although,I think that this situation could be mitigatimproved by also giving to citiziens ano chance to voice their perspective and includingon the change and what themy to the changehink is the best way to go forward.

I don't think "mitigated" would be the correct word. It implies that you think that the situation could be stopped, which I assume is not what you mean.
