Based on different countries conditions, an increasing number of professionals would rather leave their low-income countries to work in developed countries.

In this essay I will explain the problems this causes.

LBy losing professionals in different areas, poorer countries could see complications in fields such as education, health and general development.

On the one hand, iIf doctors left their low-income country, the possibility to answerddress citiziens' health demands would become limited and death could increase.

On the other hand,Another point is that if better prepared teachers left their country, education levels could decrease.

Another solution, could be improving the quality of life environmentin these countries by offering a better education and health systems.

A good example of this could beis Semillero de Colombia, a program that offers scholarships abroad to Colombian students if only bthey cominge back to the country and helping other citiziens, offer to colombian students a scholarships abroad.
