Productivity

P.S some of these are by mine trying and research on internet, might be not from the people I mentioned below. So please don't take it personal.

The most important thing I learned from this book "Feel Good Productivity" is you shouldn't rely on discipline, unless you are David Goggins, and most of us are not him.

Especially if you are a master of procrastination, I'm trying to that you're living with that for too long.

Say "You gotta be more discipline" to someone with a disease like that, it's like talk to a person that are sad "Don't be sad, be happy"

There are 3 level of ... (I don't know how to name it)

1. You're waiting for motivation every time to start something.

If motivation doesn't come, you properly don't do something.

And yes, mostly every time you will not take action on anything.

2. You're reply on discipline.

You're David Goggins, a former Navy Seal, known for toughness mentality, extremely discipline.

You might have watched him saying "You don't know me son", "Don't stop when you're tired. Stop when you're done".

You start to get into something, work hard, really hard for that, and the next day you're exhausted because you're working on too much, or all of your discipline disappear and you're go back into your daily life, even though you're trying to think about discipline, don't ever give up etc.

3. You have something you love, enjoy, and every time you want to do something, you just need a small discipline to make momentumm, and then it's so easy to keep going, to immerse in flow state.

I don't say that being discipline is wrong, you can try what's best for you.
