I feel it more like a monster just want to disbute me to go forward.

So I wonder what this monster looks like.

现在是碎片化学习的时代，我一直担心我成为民科（Crank）。Crank这个英文词似乎不够准确。民科大概是指没有做到大量熟悉某领域既有术语及概念体系，没有大量调研某领域现有学术成果的前提下，脱离实际资料仅凭空想就推出一个观点，进而走火入魔。我的一个关注者转发了一篇关于民科的文章，我觉得文章写得不好。然后我打开浏览器搜索了解更多，我在一篇文章看到了我不太了解的词complex systems，没想到是一门我从没听说过但似乎非常有意思的学科。接着搜索引擎又推送一篇关于系统学习的文章。 接着又推荐了Ray Dalio's Principle。这是一本书但有30分钟的介绍视频。emm...如果两倍速看的话只要花15min，那为什么不现在就去看看呢... 很经典的拖延案例。就这样我花费了一个早上的时间，这个早上我是计划写完课程练习的。但也不能说完全没用，Principle提到了两个障碍自我意识和思维盲点。我觉得我觉得“这两个障碍”给了我解决拖延症的思路。

It's not a bad guy who consider mess project progress as life goal, but prefers to use its special way to protect its master.

Difficult stuffs often bring huge success or failure.

It afraids to make its master upset, so he breaks the way all the time.

If the project failed, it gives the master best excuse like I just don't work hard or there are too many trivials.

So this monster is my 底层的防御机制。

The English word Crank seems to be not accurate enough.

I was planning to finish writing the course exercises at this time.

But I can't say it was completely useless, because "Principle" is helpful.

It is mentioned two obstacles: self-awareness and blind spots in thinking.

I feel that "two obstacles" have given me ideas to solve my procrastination.
