Procrastination is for beginners

Yesterday I went to a cognitive behavioural therapist for the first time. He thinks I'm a procrastinator. What an insult! I'm much more than that! It's been a while since I went above procrastination. Procrastination is for beginners. When you procrastinate you're still at the level where you dare to plan things. You schedule your life! You still have the belief that you will get something from yourself. And then you feel disappointed by yourself because you betrayed your own promises. Or because you respected your promise but not your schedule. Like, you're late, poor pet!

I'm at a much higher level than that! I don't even plan things. Because I know I'll never do them! No plan, no procrastination, no disappointment!

I just observe myself. Sometimes I happen to feel like doing something. Sometimes I even know what. In that case I do it. In other circumstances, I can't do anything. I never obey myself, so it's completely useless for me to have any kind of expectation. The only thing I can produce is surprises! For example, not long ago, I wrote eight songs. I worked pretty much for more than two months to write them. It's amazing! If I had planned to do that, if I had put : “in March and April, write eight new songs” in my agenda, I'd never had done that.

So please, don't call me a procrastinator. I'm a lot more advanced!

Based on the journal, it seems like you have already observed yourself. Therefore, I changed to past tense.

Sometimes I happen to feel like doing something.

Sometimes I even know what.

In that case I do it.

In other circumstances, I can't do anything.

I never obey myself, so it's completely useless for me to have any kind of expectation.

Not grammatical wrong, and depends on what writing style/tone you are going for but I edited to shorten the sentences which I felt fitted the tone of the journal better.

So please, don't call me a procrastinator.

I'm a lot more advanced!

Hahaha, I love this journal - the topic and the writing style! I can imagine this being said in a play or someone just ranting. Excellent writing, and good work on eight new songs
