Honestly it's hard to say which one sounds better due to the missing context.
In my opinion "probieren" is something which you just tried once/ just a few times. As an example "Hast du schon mal Coca Cola probiert?" -->Have you ever tried ...? It is referring to one simple action/experience. But if you say "Ich versuche täglich Coca Cola zu trinken." you express that you are trying to do something regularly.
So, in the first sentence "Ich versuche täglich Deutsch zu sprechen" sounds better, as it is something you try to do every day.
In the rest of the sentences it would depend on the context.
