Price Hike

Two thirds of the year has already passed. Looking back on this year, we have been plagued by the rising prices of various products and services due to inflation.
The price of daily food has increased by more than 20%: bread, milk, eggs, oil, fruits, vegetables, and almost every other grocery item are included. Energy bills have increased the most. The government claims that incomes are also increasing, but it’s not true for all citizens. How do I manage my home budget? I should either eat out less or rely on our savings.

If you live alone, it's been to say that you need to rely on your savings. If you share finances with someone else, it's best to say our savings.

Inflation has been terrible lately. I feel that as well.

Two thirds of the year has already passed.

Looking back on this year, we have been plagued by the rising prices of various products and services due to inflation.

Alternately: Looking back, we have been plagued by the rising prices of goods and services due to inflation. I think you can remove "on this year" even though it's grammatically correct because the topic of the sentence was "this year" and we can infer that that thought continues into this sentence. In (American) English, we use the phrase "goods and services".

The price of everydaily food has increased by more than 20%: bread, milk, eggs, oil, fruits, vegetables, and almost every other grocery item are included.

'Daily' sounds strange, everyday is much more natural to convey food that you commonly eat from day to day.

Energy bills have increased the most.

Great job!

Inflation is pretty bad globally right now. I've also heard of rice shortages occurring in Japan which doesn't help either when people need to buy groceries. Here's to hoping everything starts to improve!
