Hola! Primero, no puedo sober como entrar tildes o "accentos" con mi computodora. Lo siento. Me nobre es Brian y ha tenia apprendando espanil por cinco meses. Mi esposa tambien. Trabjamos en el hospital y nos gusteria aprender espanol para los trabajos.
Tenemos tres hijos y dos perros. En la semana pasada, mi hojo mas joven compre un serpiente. Tenemos demasiado mascotas!
Estoy escribiendo etsa journal sin tradiccones pues desculpe por errores muchos. Estoy ententando cada dia ser mejor. Un dia, me gusteria hablar in la pasada! jajaja poco a poco!

In this case, we'd use only the verb "ser" in present (sé, sabes, sabe, sabemos, sabéis, saben).
Instead of "entrar", we say "poner" tildes or acento.
Mei nombre es Brian y ha teniaestoy apprendaiendo espanil porñol desde hace cinco meses.
If you mention how many months have you studied English, you must write "desde hace" instead of "por".

It was perfect, only the accent.
Trabajamos en el hospital y nos gusteriaría aprender espanñol para elos trabajos.
When we use this kind of sentences (about purpose) with the word trabajo, we use the singular.

Serpiente is a feminine word, even if it ends with e.

I mostly corrected the lack of exclamation marks and orthographic mistakes, but it's normal if you weren't using any translator or you didn't have the right keyboard! Learning a language is hard, and it's sweet that your wife and you are trying to learn it for work. This is just the first step, I'm sure in a couple of months you both will notice the difference!

Oh, sorry! In Spanish it's more complicated, hahah.
So, we could express this idea saying something like: Algún día, espero saber usar los tiempos del pasado/Algún día, espero poder usar bien los tiempos del pasado/Algún día, espero poder conjugar bien los tiempos del pasado.
I might be wrong, but I think these could be different ways to put it :)
