This time, associations ofor doctors and health professionals presented a criminal representation on Sunday (26), 26 July, 2020 to the International Criminal Court (ICC) denouncing the performance of the President of the Republic of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, in the face of the pandemic of the newnovel coronavirus pandemic.

Putting the day of the month in parentheses is common in Brazilian media, but has no correlate in English-speaking media. Additionally, I put the date in an international format (26 July) but know that in American format it would be (July 26).

The phrasing used in English for the coronavirus seems to be "novel coronavirus".

In the document, healthe professionals claim that the president committed crimes against humanity through "by "leading serious and deadly failures in the conduct ofregarding the Covid-19 pandemic".

So while this isn't a word for word translation, this flows better, and reflects how an English speaker would word this phrasing. It feels chunky otherwise. Also "conduct" in English tends to be used differently than it does in Portuguese, and the use of the word "leading" better better reflects that.

The number of new infections and deaths is increasesing every day, m. Many die for lack of medicines thatare dying because the government does not want to give to hospitals and justthe right medicines, and instead, wants patients to be treated with Cchloroquine, a medicine without scientific confirmation that has been rejectfused in several countries.

Again, a lot of flow changes here. I tried to make this flow better in English. This works better in an active rather than passive voice ("because the government does not want to give medicines" vs "medicines that the government does not want to give") as it makes it clearer.

HeBolsonaro recently said that he was infected with Ccoronavirus and that in less than a week he had been treated with chloroquine and was cured, including in less than a week, basically advertising for the medicine.

Make it clear who we are talking about by changing "he" to "Bolsonaro".
I also wanted to make it clear that what he was doing was advertising. "Including" here would imply that he conducted further actions to advertise the chloroquine, when I think you mean that his actions were already advertisement.

It is all a scam to sell the medicine and he gets a profiis taking a cut from the pharmaceutical companies!

This is a more common way of saying this.

"The perverse Trump-loyal footman" is an adjectival phrase modifying Bolsonaro, so Bolsonaro goes last.
By using "but" in "not a doctor but a military man" you achieve the same idea but in a much more natural way.
I have put a final comma after "theorists". This is called the Oxford comma if you want to read more about it. When you have a list of three things (X, Y, and Z) the comma after Y maintains this list, so the idea is "X and also Y and also Z" and not "X, and also (Y and Z)". It's a nuance, but one that I think is valuable to know.
