The following game-like series of short Youtube videos, titled Passengers on the Bus - Choose Your Own Adventure, is an excellent illustration of how to use this metaphor to improve your responses to the various emotions, feelings, and thoughts you may experience in your daily life.
In the first video, you are the driver of a bus, but something happens, and you have a choice to make at the end of the video. Your choice will then determine which video you will see next in the sequence.
