My department is responsible for the farmers training for my district and this year we will train 300 farmers.

The first class with 50 people focuses on crop straw reuse. This class started on the 19th of this month. Two days of indoor lessons and two days of practicum are for this class in the first stage.

Yesterday morning, we began practice lessons. We visited three factories in total yesterday morning.

The first factory was to make straw granules as fuel for power plants. The second chicken factory focuses on using straw and chicken manure to make fertilizer. The third factory focuses on using wheat and rice straw to make board as the material for furniture.

Yesterday afternoon, we visited a wormwood production factory, which produces many different wormwood products.

After that, we went to Jieshou city for further practice training. When we arrived there, it was around 4:30 pm. We didn't do the training because it was late. We just had an hour of rest and then had dinner. After dinner, we stayed in a hotel for the next day's training.

There are three places we visited this morning. The first factory specializes in making a kind of edible mushroom soil made of corn cobs, rice husks and tree branches. The second factory specializes in making livestock feeds made of the stems of peanuts and sweet potatoes. The third factory is a chicken farm. They use chicken manure and wheat straw to make organic fertilizer. Meanwhile, they use chicken manure to make marsh gas, which is used to generate electricity for their own production use.

We ate lunch in a town in Jieshou. After that, we went back to our city. It was a one hour and a half trip. We arrived in our city at a little over 2 pm.
