Not entirely sure what you mean here so I mostly guessed

Today I'm grateful ofor the life that I've been living, Sso I'm working to provide that levelquality of life to my loved ones. Today I'm grateful for the life that I've been living, so I'm working to provide that quality of life to my loved ones.

"To be grateful for something" rather than "of something" is used here.
