Ice cream is "usually" uncountable, but you can be specific about the unit to make it countable: - a cup/box of vanilla ice cream - a vanilla ice cream cone - two scoops of vanilla ice cream I said usually because sometimes people will say it casually like "Can I have an ice cream?" when the unit is assumed to be understood by the listener.

I felt cold after I finished eating it.
