Demain, je vais passer mon examen oral de français.
Je veux gagner des bonnes notes, et pour ça, je dois inclure les phrases de haut niveau. Alors, avez-vous des exemples?

You can remember where the accent circonflexe hangs because it stands for a former "s" and most English words have kept that "s": "plaît => pleaSe", "forêt => foreSt", "fête => feaSt" etc
So when you have a vowel pair, like <ai>, it's always on the last one

If it's just one exam/one thing to do, "une bonne note" would be better
An English "phrase" is a French "expression" or "tournure" (that one is a false friend)
Une "phrase" is "a sentence" (not sure which one you meant)

It would be hard to help you, in the sense that we don't know what you're going to talk about. I could randomly pick up complex phrases & idioms among the thousands the French language contains, but I'm afraid it wouldn't be much of a help...
