Potatoes Au Gratin (起司薯焗?)

我今年有開一間家教公司。
我是美語老師在我的「美樂美語」。
但是我也想要教別內容。
所以我在假期喜歡主辦比較特別的課。
我11月想要教學生起司薯焗怎麼做。
為什麼起司薯焗？
是因為我們11月在美國有「Thanksgiving」。
起司薯焗是Thanksgiving通俗的食物。
起司薯焗是烤的馬鈴薯跟起司，奶油，和乳劑。

假期 : jia qi : holiday

This year I opened my own tutoring business.
I teach American English at my company, HappyBeautifulEnglish.
However, I also want to teach other subjects.
So, I often offer special classes during holidays.
In November, I'd like to teach students how to make potatoes au gratin.
Why potatoes au gratin?
It's because, in America, we celebrate Thanksgiving in November.
Potatoes au gratin is a common Thanksgiving food.
Potatoes au gratin is a baked dish featuring potatoes, cheese, milk, and heavy cream.
