Positive Thinking

This morning, I learned to consciously cultivate optimistic thinking. A person’s way of thinking cannot be changed easily.
For example, how do you feel when you see a glass half full of water? Do you think, “There’s only half left,” or “There’s still half left”? I might be the former.
Once, when I stayed in Florence for twenty days on job, I really enjoyed myself.
However, as the day of my return approached, I found myself thinking, “Only a few days left!” and became extremely pessimistic so much.
I felt as if my heart were being squeezed.
