I’m having hard time because of a pollen allergy these days. So as my daughter. While sleeping, running nose makes her take a breath harder. She straightened her body over and over. She can’t have enough sleeping time. I took her to the doctor and had given a medicine. I hope she will be better.
花粉症で大変な日々が続いている。娘もそうだ。寝てる間に鼻が出てきて息がしにくくなる。何度も起き上がってしまう。十分な睡眠時間が取れていない。病院に連れて行き薬をもらった。良くなってほしい。
Pollen Allergy
I’m having a hard time these days because of a pollen allergy these days.
These days sounds more natural after "hard time".
So ais my daughter.
While sleeping,A runningy nose makes her take a breath harderit harder for her to breathe while sleeping.
She straightened her body over and overkept waking up.
I think this is closer to what you wrote in Japanese. However, if you wanted to write something like「寝返りを打つ」, then you could say that 「she kept turning over in her sleep」.
これが「何度も起き上がってしまう」に近いです。もし「寝返りを打つ」のようなこと書きたいでしたら、「She straightened her body」よりも「She kept turning over in her sleep」の方が自然です。
She can’t haveget enough sleeping time.
I took her to the doctor and had given agot some medicine.
I hope she will beget better.
