Podomoro Technique

I think I found that technique when I was at secondary school (7-9 grade)

Basically, it's one of the most useful, effective way to manage time and study/work for me.

It's a time management which has 25 minutes to focus, 5 minutes break.

Firstly, to avoid being overwhelmed, instead of focusing in 2-6 long hours work sessions.

You can set the timer, focus for a period of time, then have a break, do whatever you want, then go back a another session.

Secondly, you can break it down into small tasks.

Instead of a big task like "learning English", break into maybe: study 50 flashcards, create 20 flashcards, write a paragraph to post onto LangCorrect, watch English series, read 10 pages of a fiction book.

You can either put these into each 25 minutes, or if a task is consume more than that, do that task for 2-3 sessions.

Tips: You can adjust the timer of focus and break, e.g. 50' focus 10' break, or 10' work 10' break.

Try whatever works for you.

Or if you find that not suitable, forget it. It's just one of the tools, and tools is to make value, give more producitve to people.

(I'm using "focus" too much, do you have any alternative words instead?)

s to manage time and study/work for me.

It's a time management which hastechnique which is to take 25 minutes to focus, and 5 minutes breakto rest.

Firstly, it's to avoid being overwhelmed, instead ofas can be the case when focusing in 2-6 long hours work sessions.

You can set the timer, to focus for a period of time, then have a break, to do whatever you want, then go back a another session.

Secondly, you can break it down into small tasks.

Instead of a big task like "lLearning English"," break it into maybe: study 50 flashcards, create 20 flashcards, write (a paragraph / an entry) to post onto LangCorrect, watch a series in English series, read 10 pages of a fiction book.

"Watch an English series" is a little ambiguous since English is both a language and a nationality. Generally speaking, it could mean that the series is in or about England. To be clear, you could say that the series is in English.

A paragraph is one group of sentences, not separated by a break. Typically, posts on LangCorrect have many paragraphs. You can refer to the whole of one of these texts as a post or an entry.

You can either put these intotasks each into 25 minutes, or if a task ione takes clonsume moreger than that, dowork on that task for 2-3 sessions.

Tips: You can adjust the timer ofor the focus time and break time, e.g.,

50' focus 10' min work / 10 min break, or 10' min work 10'/ 10 min break.

The apostrophe typically isn't used as shorthand for minutes; by default it would be shorthand for the imperial measurement of length "feet." For shorthand of minutes, we often will just write "min."

Denoting a split like this will often use a slash, but you could also use a colon. "The recipe calls for 50:50 bread flour to cake flour."

Since you're giving two different options of the same two things (work and rest), it's strange here to switch from "focus" to "work," that's the only reason I changed it.

Try whatever works for you.

Or if you find that noisn't suitable, forget it.

It's just one of themany tools, and the purpose of tools is to makcreate value, to give more producitvetivity to people.

Productive is an adjective, productivity is a noun

(I'm using "focus" too much, do you have any alternative words instead?)

You can replace "focus" with the activity in question, which is work or study. You can also use the word "concentration."

Instead of "focus time" you could say "active work/study time"
Instead of "focusing in 2-6 hour sessions" you could say "concentrating in 2-6 hour sessions."

Also, to emphasize that sessions are too long, you could add "straight."
"...concentrating for 2-6 hours straight."
