Feedback
I think making English-speaking friends and practicing speaking English is a great way to go. Like finding a conversation partner, even if online, like on HelloTalk would be a great way to start. Or if you can't or don't want to find a conversation partner right now, you can always practice reading sentences aloud (and recording yourself) or talking to yourself (ie describing what you are doing in daily life in English).
Also - keep LISTENING to English (podcasts, YTubers, shows, etc.) - the key to speaking better, is listening more :). Good luck!

I'll recommend watching videos or listening to podcasts in English for your level to practice speaking. You'll repeat after the speaker like a parrot. It won't sound good at first but if you keep trying, you'll get better.

Corrections are mostly about word order and articles. Good job, keep writing!
I would suggest watching English movies/series. "Friends" is good too, it is a sitcom.
How to speak English
I am studying how to writinge English.
To me, the use of regular present tense ("I study") feels more like a general fact. Both make sense here, but I think a present progressive ("I am studying") sounds more natural. Native speakers often use present progressive instead of regular present tense in this way.
"(As a student of English...) I study how to write English."
"(Right now...) I am studying how to write English."
bBut I don't study'm not studying how to speaking English.
You could replace "English" with "it" since it has been mentioned before: "But I'm not studying how to speak it."

What meansHow do you learn to speaking?
As a native speaker, I learned to speak English from being constantly surrounded by it. To communicate with people and to understand the confusing world around me, I had to learn it deeply as a young child. That's... well, that's the experience with all native speakers of a language, really.
Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of good resources for learning how to *speak* the language. And English pronunciation can be very difficult, and is full of irregularities (for example, the word "colonel" is pronounced like "kernul", and "vague" like "vayg"). Many of our words come from different languages, and these words often kept their original pronunciations.
Anyway, recording and listening to yourself speaking can be helpful. There's also online services where you can practice with language tutors such as iTalki and PolyTripper, though some of those may be paid services. Listening to English podcasts or YouTube videos can be helpful as well.
