Stoicism
I have read a book about stoicism and I'm really surprised. I studied philosophy in school but noone never told me about a philosophy of live. Well, I'm lying. I have read about budism but it's too exotic for me.
After reading the book I feel that those ideas can really change my live. I really believe that to be happy you need to think properly, and it's the first time that someone offer me the tools to do it.

Truly is a better word choice here. Properly is a little unclear, a better word would probably be positively, but this does not really fit stoicism. Effectively, may be a better word...it is quite a difficult idea to express.
