Yes, it is. I think you can say, "I also sleep with a heel between ..."
In the US, when we talk about an Achilles' Heel, it figuratively means someone's weakness so that's what came to my mind first. If we're talking about our own heels of our feet, we just refer to them as "heels" or "my heels" or, if we're just talking about one of our heels, "my heel."

Feet don't have fingers. Also, Achilles heel is a metaphor for a weak spot. The body part is called Achilles tendon.
