Plan-person

I'm definitely plan-person. I mean I like planning everything. I have plan for almost every day. I should to say in advance that I tend to feel anxiety and a I think it has to do with it. I just use plan like daily tool for being calm. So, I have plan for almost every day ( I usually do it in the morning), I have plan for year (I plan a year in January). There's more to it - I have plan for summer, winter, autumn, spring. The plan for season is more like wish list- what I'm going to do like "go to the beach for all day", "drink coffee in autumn forest" and other pleasant activities which we can forget in a life rush.
However I understand that everything changes and I can be in a bad mood, or I can ill, or something unpredictable can happen. I really understand it and I don't regret and I don't abuse myself if something goes wrong and can't perform my plan. It's just a tool to fell better, it's just help to focus on really important things.

Corrections

I'm definitely plan- oriented person.,

I meant I like planning everything.

I have plans for almost every day.

Though I should to saymention in advance that I tend to feel anxiety and a I think it has, so it probably has something to do with ithat.

The sentence flows better if you split the second half with a comma.

I just use plan like daily tool for beingplan everyday to stay calm.

It's better to keep the sentence simple, there's no need to relate a "plan" to "daily tool" for telling someone you plan to stay calm.

So, I have plan for almost every day ( I usually do it in the morning), I havealso plan for the upcoming year (I plan a year ahead in January).

There's more to it -, I have plans for the summer, winter, autumn, and spring.

The plan for season is more like wish list-; what I'm going to do like "go to the beach for allthe entire day", "drink coffee in the autumn forest" and other pleasant activities which we can forget in a life rushbusy life.

However, I understand that everythings can changes and, that I can be in a bad mood, or I canbecome ill, or something unpredictable can happen.

I reallyt's because I understand it andthat I don't regret and I don't abuse myself if something goes wrong and can't perform my planor beat myself up about it when my plans get interrupted.

You should start the sentence with "It's because" to explain why you don't regret or beat yourself up when a plan gets interrupted

It's just a toolmethod to felel better, it's justo help to focus on really important things.

I mean, I like planning everything.

I have plan for almost every day.

I should to say in advance that I tend to feel anxiety and a I think it has a lot to do with it.

I think you need a quantity here, like a lot or a little.

Great text! I wish I was a planner. I can be, but if I plan too much I feel like a robot and won't follow it!

Thank you a lot! Yes, all my friends hate plans because they are afraid they will "feel like a robot." I'm convinced that it depends on temperament. There are different approaches to planning: it could be flexible and soft, so everyone just needs to choose the one that is more comfortable for them.

"Life rush" can be understood, but a simpler option is "bustling life" or "busy life".
