I'm definitely plan-person. I mean I like planning everything. I have plan for almost every day. I should to say in advance that I tend to feel anxiety and a I think it has to do with it. I just use plan like daily tool for being calm. So, I have plan for almost every day ( I usually do it in the morning), I have plan for year (I plan a year in January). There's more to it - I have plan for summer, winter, autumn, spring. The plan for season is more like wish list- what I'm going to do like "go to the beach for all day", "drink coffee in autumn forest" and other pleasant activities which we can forget in a life rush.
However I understand that everything changes and I can be in a bad mood, or I can ill, or something unpredictable can happen. I really understand it and I don't regret and I don't abuse myself if something goes wrong and can't perform my plan. It's just a tool to fell better, it's just help to focus on really important things.

Great text! I wish I was a planner. I can be, but if I plan too much I feel like a robot and won't follow it!

"Life rush" can be understood, but a simpler option is "bustling life" or "busy life".
