In our country we used to consume tea in every meal, so we are tea drinkers. But in the past years I met a friend addicted to coffee even if she is not admitting that. Because of her I used to smell coffee every day, slowly I started liking how coffee smell and I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately I didn't like it, but I was curious every time she drank it due to her facial expression, she looked so satisfied and amused. This time I tried coffee late with extra sugar and it was fine, after that I ordered coffee late with normal sugar. Slowly I could drink coffee with no milk and no sugar and the most important part that now I'm enjoying drinking coffee.

In our country we are used to drinking tea with every meal, so we are tea drinkers.
"Consume" is a bit formal/scientific, I'd just use "drink".
To be used to = to be familiar with something which you have experienced many times before (eg. "Now that I'ved lived here for 2 years, I'm used to the weather.")
To used to = past tense (eg. "I used to drink tea, but now I drink coffee.")
But in the pastA few years ago, I met a friend who is addicted to coffee (even if she is nodoesn't admitting that it).
A few years ago, I met a friend who is addicted to coffee (even if she doesn't admit it).
"The past few years" or "the past couple of years" sounds much much more natural. However, this is not the right context for it, as this is for ongoing things and you can only really meet a person for the first time once.

Unfortunately I didn't like it, but I was curious every time she drank it due to her facial expression - she looked so satisfied.
"Amused" is for being entertained, like when you're watching a movie or hearing a funny joke. I don't think it fits here.
This time I tried coffee late withwith milk and extra sugar and it was fine, a. After that, I ordered coffee late withand milk and normal sugar.
This time I tried coffee with milk and extra sugar and it was fine. After that, I ordered coffee and milk and normal sugar.
By "late" I assume you mean "latte" - if this is the case, it would be better to just say "with milk" OR say "I ordered a latte". I wouldn't say "coffee latte", as that isn't used.
This would be better as 2 sentences, as it is 2 separate thoughts.
Slowly I could drink coffee with no milk and no sugar, and the most important part that now I'm enjoying drinking coffee. Slowly I could drink coffee with no milk and no sugar, and the most important part that now I'm enjoying drinking coffee.

Using smell both times isn't wrong but a bit redundant, so I used a different word the second time.

I have a very similar experience. My family also has many tea drinkers, it's not till I got older that I discovered the joy of coffee. I too didn't like it black (no milk/ sugar) at first, it was too bitter so I put milk and unhealthy amounts of sugar in it. Then I got a job as a coffee barista and had the chance to try a lot of different coffees.
