You can say "Turns out..." if you are speaking, but in written language it is usually better to write the whole phrase so it makes grammatical sense ("It turns out").
On top of that, Ayaka Nishiwaki also chose Mathez’s French Cocao Truffles.
I believe "On top of that" is used for intensifying a point/opinion/argument. But here, you are just adding extra information of equal importance, so it may be better to use a phrase such as "also" or "additionally".
To many fans’ surprise, the prices of these products range from $40 to $60.

Full of jollviely lyrics about Valentine’s Day, “Chocolate Disco” is one of Perfume’s many hit songs.
'Jolly' also means 'cheerful' or 'happy', but I have an idea it doesn't have quite the right nuance here. I often think about Christmas when I hear the word 'jolly'. Maybe words such as "upbeat", "energetic" or "lively" would be a better fit here.

Great work here! Do you have a favourite chocolate out of the ones the members of Perfume chose?
