How do you look?

This is an unusual question. It only makes sense if the person asking the question cannot see the other person. For example, if I were blind, and I bought my wife a hat as a gift, I might ask her to try on the hat, look at herself in a mirror, and tell me how she looks. Her answer might be something like "I look nice," or "I look awful!"
