维纳出生在江南水乡浙江绍兴，成长于上海，16岁赴英国留学, 毕业于曼彻斯特大学本科，2011年取得经济学系研究生学位，随后任职于新加波大华银行上海总行市场部。2013年移民加拿大，现定居西温哥华。抵加后先后在高贵林HSBC以及西温CIBC任职客户经理，并取得基金理财执照，2021年取得人寿保险执照。Weiner was born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, a water town south of the Yangtze River, and grew up in Shanghai. He went to study in the UK at the age of 16 receiving and undergraduate degree from the University of Manchester. In 2011, he obtained a postgraduate degree in economics, and then worked in the marketing department at the UOB Shanghai Headquarters. He immigrated to Canada in 2013 and now lives in West Vancouver. Since arriving in Canada, he has successively worked as an account manager at HSBC in Coquitlam and CIBC in West Vancouver, and obtained a fund management license. In 2021, he obtained a life insurance license.
