Perfect tenses

Are perfect tenses corrdctly used in here:

1.X: You've been on holiday - your face is tanned!
2.Y: You're right. I've been skiing in Switzerland with my friends. We got back yesterday evening.
3.X: Have you seen Mark yet?
4.Y: No, he's been busy training for the seimming competigion next werkend.
5.X: I saw him yesterday morning. He looked terrible as he hed been training for 2 hours before school.
6.Y: When I left for Switzerland last week, they hadn't chosen the team for the competition but Mark texted me during the week to tell me the news.
7.X: Yes - he's been looking forward to it.
Let's go and watch him together.

Could I use I'D BEEN SKIING IN SWITZERLAND (if they already got back?)

Not sure why, but "in here" sounds weird. You could say "in these sentences". And this is explicitly a question so it needs a question mark.

All these tenses make perfect sense, yes!

You would say "I'd been skiing" if you were talking about a past event where you *would* have said "I've been skiing".

So: You come back, Bob asks you about your tanned face, you say "I've been skiing".
Next week, Bob's friend says Bob told him he saw you and you looked very tan. You say "Yes, I'd been skiing" - because you're explaining that *at the time you talked to Bob*, you said "I've been skiing".

Or at a shop: "I need some lotion, I've been skiing and now I'm sunburnt". Next week, someone is in your bathroom and says "Oh, you bought some new lotion?" "Yes, I'd been skiing and I was sunburnt" - when you bought it, you said "I've been skiing".

Does that make sense?
