i feel i have a lot of bad things today,and i feel i distribution of energy in a wrong way.perhaps i should only take rest about 8 hours that's enough,coz the adhd symptoms,I try to use meditation to improve my concentration. I believe that time will bring about changes.i have a 100 ideas,but practise less,i mean i nearly don't do this,because it cost time,and there are a lot of tedious details.of course,the daily project was completed, except for the big project, so give 75 points today.

今天有很多糟糕的事情，而且我感觉我的精力分配的不是很好，看来我还是适合一天只休息八个小时啊，六个小时的专注已经是很不错的事情了，我有一百个点子，但能实践的却很少。还好今天是上夜班？不然我可能会发现今天啥也没学就过去了，当然日常任务还是完成了，然后也学了一点R的basic，实践了一些act的内容。(中文内容更多，因为我用英语表达不出那个意思😖）

I think you're going for a very colloquial tone here, so instead of "the distribution of energy is off" you could say "the vibe is wrong"/"the vibes are off." That's a pretty popular slang term these days.

Just a note: "practise" (with an 's') is UK English. In the USA we just use "practice."

Keep it up. Remember that doing something badly is often way better than not doing it at all. I have also suffered from ADHD sapping my motivation. Do your best and be kind to yourself.
